Have you ever used paint chips for anything other than choosing a color to paint your walls? If not, you must try it! This was an easy project I did this morning while my baby was napping 🙂 Now that my mantel is finished, I decided to give my framed chalkboard a quick Valentine’s update…. Here are a few other views of my uplcycled “canvas to chalkboard” project:
Make some beautiful party decorations…
and my FAVORITE… use them to create an entire wall treatment! Isn’t this gorgeous??
I have never thought to actually use paint samples for ideas such as these! Thank you for sharing 🙂 I have a cooking blog a would love for you to stop by. Have a wonderful weekend!
Thanks Audra, I will have to stop by and check it out! I had fun looking at all the cool paint chip projects out there 🙂
I love the paint chips as a wall treatment. My children have a hideaway nook under our stairs that is kinda drab. I may try this on at least one wall. I think they would love it.
I’m a new member and have enjoyed reading some of your older posts. Thanks.
Thanks Jessica 🙂 I’m trying to find a place to do this in my house too 🙂 We’re just renting so I think it could be a fun temporary wall treatment! Thanks for following!! Have a great weekend!
Love the valentine wreath and great use of paint samples!

I’m so excited you found us! I’m working on the headboard, just taking staples off right now 🙂 I might email you if I have any questions… hahaha! I’ve never recovered a tufted headboard that was already done 🙂 I love all your furniture! I’ve been eying that blue and white chair that’s been on Craigslist… gorgeous!
Have 3 decks of paint chips – have that stairwell pinned. Think I may have to do that in my basement! Following along!

Super cute!! I love your wreath too. And that chalkboard= LOVE! I recently bought a huge vintage framed chalkboard that I used for our Christmas countdown and now for Valentine’s Day. I love switching it up, just like yours!
