Halloween Costume Ideas – Printable for Kids

October 10, 2012 10 Comments Holly & Nat

Halloween is right around the corner – it seems like it snuck up on us again! We love dressing up for the big night…and so do our kids. Halloween costumes are kind of a big, important decision for kids! It seems that every day brings a different idea of what they want to dress up as. (Can anyone relate?) So today we’re sharing a fun printable to help them choose!
Halloween Costume Idea Book
This little book is as simple as you can get. It’s all ready to go in PDF form.
Download it here.
Print it out, fold it in half (twice) and let your child’s imagination run wild!
Here are the pages included:

Our kids thought this was really fun. Here’s how Holly’s son used his book.
The book has prompts for writing/or drawing and is good practice for following written directions!
I love this Harry Potter!
For younger kids, you can read the directions to them and help them to narrow down the list to just one.
This is a HUGE decision, you know.
We hope your kiddos have fun getting all ready to dress up for Halloween!
I guess now we just have to figure out what Mom & Dad get to be…

This is so cute!! And a very good idea!! I think I’d use it as a binding contract so no last minute switches could be made! (“No, you circled Harry Potter, see?? No changing your mind!”) LOL

Awww…I just loved the family Halloween theme you had going and would have loved to have seen how you made yourself into Mrs. Potato Head. Y’all have the best ideas!
