Father’s Day Treat Tags: Print & Color Version

June 6, 2013 9 Comments Holly & Nat

You can’t go wrong with two gift ideas for Dad: new socks, and food. (I think I got socks for my Dad for Christmas and Father’s Day every single year growing up!) Today I want to share a little update to our most popular Father’s Day post. We made a black and white version of our treat tags, perfect for the kids to color in and personalize! Add a few chocolate kisses and you’ve got a treat that’s easy to put together for Father’s Day!

Several of our readers have requested a smaller size tag, so here it is!
You will need:
  • Hershey’s Hugs and Kisses candies
  • Printable Tag found HERE
  • (optional) paper bag and twine or ribbon

We’ve updated the design a little and it’s perfect for kids to color in and personalize. Black & white is also cheaper and easier for those wanting to use it for Primary, preschool, or church groups. My daughter used “all Dad’s favorite colors!”

I stuffed these cute paper bags with Kisses and folded over the top of the bag twice. Slip in the tag under the fold, hole punch all the layers and tie it up!
You can download and print the original tags HERE and HERE.
What treats do the Dads in your life love to get?

    Nice gift idea.

I gave my dad a gift basket with his favorite wine on it. He loves it and is asking for more. 🙂

I made these for all of our primary kids to give to their fathers this year and I love them. I made them with hugs and kisses inside the bag. Thanks for the idea

I love this so much! It is so cute! I was wondering if you could put the original blue and green font tags 6 or 8 to a page like the black and white ones. I would like to save paper and print more than just two per page. Thanks for this consideration. Good work!
