Today is a special day for my adorable niece – it’s her birthday! Since we can’t be there to celebrate, I wanted to share what we sent off last week to let her know how much we love her! We wanted to send a card with a small present, and I think we found the perfect one for the Birthday Princess. It actually doubles as a gift, too – let me show you!
Hallmark has a new line of cards that are perfect for kids’ birthdays! Look at all these movies and characters- there is definitely something for everyone. The best part is that they have a SURPRISE element that was a huge hit with the birthday girl – they unfold into a giant door-sized poster! I found these right by the other kids birthday cards in the greeting card section.
While shopping at Walmart I picked up a Rapunzel card for Miss Anna (Mom said that’s her current fave) and Darth Vader for her older brother who also has a September birthday!
My kids and I found a small dress-up set that would be a perfect addition to the card. (What girl doesn’t love clip-on earrings?) We were sending up a Rapunzel dress that Bella had outgrown with the package so this was the perfect pack of accessories!
Hmm… I think she liked it! My kids are begging for these poster cards for their birthdays now, too! How cute is this little princess? Happy birthday, cutie! We love you!
My favorite part about these cards is that they are so affordable. For about the same price as a regular birthday card, you can get a quality Hallmark card that doubles as a gift! Did you know you can also earn rewards for the Hallmark cards you buy at Walmart? For every 5 cards you buy, you earn a reward. Find out more and sign up here: Hallmark Rewards Program
