Super cute! I will use this idea later on this year for my kids teachers. So cute! Hey there isn’t anything wrong with Walmart =P
LOVE these ideas!! Thank you so much for sharing!
Oh I love this. I have a few teacher friends, and relatives…and a couple of my grandkids’ teacher we should probably try to “bribe” the first day too! LOL
Thanks!!
Haha, bribes are always good!
In the spirit of ‘sisters’ I had to comment on this post. I homeschool my kids so I almost didn’t read it since we don’t do ‘back to school’ in quite the same way. But…I had to read it anyway, I just couldn’t resist and I’m so glad I didn’t. My sister has had her master’s degree for several years and has had no luck finding a permanent teaching job because there were none available. She’s been doing long term substitute teaching since she
got her master’s degree and just this past month she finally got a permanent class. She is so excited and we are so excited for her! I have a wooden cut out of an apple that belonged to our grandmother and I was going to send that to her, but now you’ve made me rethink that. I think I will send her a gift basket from her big sister with all the apple themed goodies in it and include grandma’s little apple. Thank you so much for the idea. In the spirit of sisters and teachers! I didn’t even know some of these items existed! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Oh my goodness! What a neat story – and so touching to see how close you are to your sister! That must have been so hard to not have a permanent class…and congrats to her for getting a Master’s Degree. That is huge! I taught for a few years and I’m sure the basket of goodies, especially with the sentimental part from your Grandmother, will help her feel more at ease in a new classroom and school! I’m SO glad you stopped by, too. Reading that comment totally made my night! Hugs!
Oops! I forgot to mention that we are in North Carolina and she is in New Hampshire so we can’t be there to help her decorate her room and support her in the way we’d like to. That’s why I’m sending her a gift in the mail!
Love Love Love this! So cute and practical. I love your blog too!

If you are looking to celebrate an occasion and make it last forever, and don’t want to settle for anything less than a gift basket can be the perfect gift solution for any occasion. It doesn’t matter whether it’s your favorite family member, birthday gal or guy, your friend, teacher or business associate.
There are many different gift basket types which exist that you can easily choose from. In fact, you can find an awesome collection of scrumptious, gourmet goodies for every week of the year and a different kind for every special occasion or individual in your life without repeating your selection even once! The following are just some of the types of gift baskets out there which you can choose from.

such a darling idea!
This is so awesome and simple, thank you! I’m definitely going to do this for my boys’ teachers this year. I may even have to try to make a pears for the Para version for my younger son’s Para 🙂
