$5 Patriotic Fan Wreath

June 16, 2014 4 Comments Holly & Nat

I’m sharing a super easy project today…. a simple 4th of July decoration anyone can make
(and it only cost me $5!)

Patriotic Fan Wreath

Lately, I just haven’t have the time or energy to make a new wreath for my front door for every upcoming holiday. The past few years I’ve used this cute Liberty Wreath in the summer months, but this year I wanted something different.  I saw this round paper fan at Target for $4.99, and I decided to turn it into a door decoration!

I had some navy and white star fabric in my stash, so I cut a strip and tied it in a bow around my wreath hanger. I also tied the fan directly to the hanger so it won’t fly away in the crazy Idaho wind! That’s it folks….

5 minutes, 5 dollars. Done. That’s my kind of project!
