Aren't they just darling? I picked them up in the scrapbook section of JoAnn's... the brand is Tim Holtz Idea-ology
The package of 90 pieces retails for $9.99, but it was on sale for $4.99 when I got it :) You can also get them here. They are so cute, it is definitely worth it!
To create my secret valentine message, I used one of my favorite stamp sets and StazOn ink in blazing red:
I lined up all the pieces in number order, then flipped them over and started stamping each word.
When I was all done, I mixed up the pieces and poured them into a clean glass Crush bottle I had left over from another project:
Another easy option would be to use a Mason jar:
I created 2 different styles of tags that say, "Secret Message in a Bottle" for you to use:
