DIY Interchangeable Banner and HUGE Pick Your Plum GIVEAWAY!

On Friday, I told you about my obsession with Instagram. Another guilty pleasure of mine? Pick Your Plum. Have you heard of them? It's a deal-a-day site that specializes in AWESOMENESS. Seriously, though - they sell the best craft and baking supplies, clothes and accessories for a hugely discounted price. Items sell out quickly and that's part of the fun! Every morning I check my email and Facebook to see what Plum is up for me to "Pick!"

I love the fun furniture knobs!

I decided to use the adorable chevron treat bags and paper clips with blanks. The red Baker's Twine was an older PYP purchase (they have the best prices on twine!)

I started by threading the twine through the top of each paper clip. I looped it around to make it more secure. But it's not permanent, so you can easily change everything around.

I added some small American Crafts Thickers stickers to the top of each paper clip - from 1 to 10. 

Then I clipped on the bags and went to town embellishing each pocket with more Pick Your Plum goodness!

I am going to use the banner for a little 10 Days of Service during Christmas. But I made it totally interchangeable so that I can use it for Birthdays, countdowns, and anything else you can clip to a pocket!

I tried it out with some favorite photos and I love it! It's so easy to change. I can't wait to write my hubby some love notes for his 30th birthday next week and stick them in the banner.
