I'm so excited to be kicking off this fun Blogiversary week with Poppy Seed Projects! If you've never heard of them, you're missing out! They put together kits and even teach classes and bring all the supplies to make super cute crafts. I was sent the brand new dry-erase Weekly/Menu Planners to try out. I am SO excited to have a cute and functional menu planner!
Keep reading for a tutorial and a chance to win a gift card from Poppy Seed Projects!
These 8x10 framed planners are part of the new Organize It! series of products. We are big fans of Poppy Seed's cute shaped frames, so combining them with organizational products is genius!
There are 2 different frame options for these planners. You can paint them with regular craft paint (and they look really cute distressed!) I just spray painted mine and it was so easy!
The actual planners are printed on nice, thick and coated paper so that it can be used with a dry-erase marker! Here's the coolest part - the page is reversible with one side for menu planning and one for weekly planning! (Or you can get two frames and make one of each!)
I loved this gray/aqua combo but it was hard to decide with these other adorable color schemes:
The insert page and a frame backing fit perfectly in the frame and these little holders (included) keep everything in place.
I love how easy this project was and how cute the frames turned out.
Here's a little before & after action for ya! See my cluttered fridge with all different papers and lists?
Not anymore! I love how clean and simple it looks now! These Organize It! frames are specially made to be lighter weight so they can easily be hung. I attached mine to the fridge with 3M Command Strips.
Also available: cork, magnetic and chalk boards. (Perfect for a family command center!)
And (BIG) dry-erase Calendars!
This would be such a fun project to do for a girl's night or to make for gifts. To learn more about Poppy Seed Projects, visit them at www.poppyseedprojects.com.
