{What is} Project Life?

Okay, class. Raise your hand if you have boxes (or hard drives, CDs, flash drives and smart phones) FULL of pictures in your possession.

Me! Me! Me! I do! I totally know how that feels. Pictures of my own childhood, my wedding, my kids, birthdays, Christmases, Disneyland trips, the list goes on and on.

This week I'm sharing a SUPER SIMPLE solution.
It's called Project Life.

Created by Becky Higgins and sold on Amazon. (Can you say 2-day shipping?)
Here's a cute little video that explains what Project Life is all about.

It's SO simple. You print your pictures, slip them into the divided sheet protectors, and write on the fabulously-designed journaling cards that come in the Core Kit. No glue, no scissors, no annoying little glue dots to peel off the roll. You can grab a matching 12x12 binder, too!
*Note: The Core Kits are going to be back in stock soon to Amazon, so don't fret! Becky is awesome at keeping everyone current with Amazon timelines, and things do tend to sell out quickly. Follow her on Facebook to stay up-to-date.

Here's the basics of what you need to get started.

You can also check out Becky's Product Page or Blog to find out how to get started. There are all sorts of people out there working on getting their pictures off the computer, out of boxes, and into albums - check Pinterest for great layout inspiration!

Here are some things to look forward to during this week-long Project Life-fest! {I'm so excited!}
  • unique things/pictures to include in Project life
  • using your Instagram and other phone pictures & how I'm getting them printed
  • using {free} printable journaling cards + a new set from us at My Sister's Suitcase
  • how I plan to catch up on past years' pictures
  • spotlight on NEW Project Life products created by Becky Higgins
I'll be back tomorrow with my Project Life Story - what I love about it and some true confessions, too :)
I am in no way affiliated with Becky Higgins, LLC nor was I provided any compensation or products for this post. {But that would seriously be AWESOME!} I just love this solution to one of my biggest mom-guilt trips and want to share it with you!

  2. Excited to learn more about this! I'm SO far behind in my scrapbooking and I've determined to let it go. But I don't know what to do with all the pics to preserve memories. Looks like my problem is solved!

  3. What an awesome and easy solution! I can't seem to find the core kit though. I've clicked through to your Amazon and I don't see it listed as an option to purchase.
