This past weekend, we enjoyed spending a lot of time in front of the TV! We were watching the
General Conference of the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It's a time when the Prophet and other leaders of the church give direction and guidance for our lives.
{Want to check it out? Here's where to go:

One of my favorite speakers was President Dieter F. Uchtdorf - a member of the First Presidency of the church. His message was one that I think applies to all of us - religion or not. I made up a little printable with his most memorable part of the talk. I also included a smaller version that would be perfect for handouts in a lesson, or to give to neighbors and Visiting Teachers.
Did you know you can download the
Conference talks in a ton of different formats? {text, audio, video, MP3, PDF} My favorite thing to do is put all the talks on my iPhone to listen to in the car, while working out, etc.
How do you review the talks from Conference?
