And now, here it is for Valentine's Day:
I have this heart punch that has been collecting dust in my craft room, and I thought it would be really cute to put a twist on the ever-popular triangle pennant... and make a heart pennant. I wanted to use several shades of pink, to go along with my ombre yarn letters.
I went to Home Depot and grabbed a variety of pink paint samples. I used my heart punch to punch them all out, then I took some white twine and hot glued them on the twine. I hung the pennant up using regular old Scotch tape! Such an easy project, and it was basically free {since I had all the supplies on hand + free paint chips!}
I updated my winter coffee filter wreath with some simple fabric & lace flowers, and that's it! I love seeing this new vignette every time I walk into my dining room :)
